The 2024 Cross Nation season is right here! 

Friday is a simple day!

Many of the nation has had state meets (California is the most recent, with November 30). Many younger cross-country

runners are making ready for the NIKE NXN and the forty fifth FootLocker, Introduced by HOKA, Cross Nation Championships.

We’re taking some concepts from the good Australian coach, Pat Clohessy, who coached Rob De Castella and Steve Moneghetti.

Cross nation is an actual key to growing as an important distance runner!

For a lot of the excessive schoolers competing in NXN and FootLocker, there are one other six weeks of coaching and racing forward.

Straightforward days are essential.

 Week 9, Day 5, Friday, November 15, 2024 

Heat-up properly,

45-55 minutes of simple operating, 6 x 150 meter stride-outs,

cool-down properly,

Examine your sneakers and be sure that your coaching sneakers

are prepared for 8-9 extra weeks of coaching. (Most sneakers make it 12 weeks of coaching)

If not, go to an area operating retailer and discover one or two good coaching sneakers.
