2024 Fall Cross Nation Coaching & Racing Program, November 16, 2024, Week 9, Day 6, A giant Day on the Races!

The 2024 Cross Nation season is right here! 

Saturday is a race day!

Many of the nation has had state meets (California is the most recent, with November 30). Many younger cross-country

runners are getting ready for the NIKE NXN and the forty fifth FootLocker, Offered by HOKA, Cross Nation Championships.

We’re taking some concepts from the nice Australian coach, Pat Clohessy, who coached Rob De Castella and Steve Moneghetti.

Cross nation is an actual key to creating as an ideal distance runner!

 Week 9, Day 6, Saturday, November 16, 2024

5k XC race or 5k to 8k street race, half-hour of reasonable working,

cool-down properly,
