2024 Fall Cross Nation Coaching & Racing Program, September 17, 2024, Week 1, Day 2, Tuesday is Hill Day!

Cross nation is in full swing throughout the U.S. for top schoolers.

560-570,000 highschool girls and boys will run cross nation throughout the fifty U.S. states.

Most states have had cross nation races for a number of weeks now, and lots of the new runners to cross nation are getting in form the
