BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 23. The
Worldwide Chess Federation’s Common Meeting held its final
assembly on the final day of the forty fifth World Chess Olympiad in
Budapest, the capital of Hungary, Development stories.
Based on info, in the course of the assembly, the Azerbaijan
Chess Federation (ACF) proposed to create a particular construction to
strengthen cooperation and ties of Turkic-speaking nations within the
discipline of chess.
Addressing the assembly, ACF Secretary Common Ilaha Gadimova
emphasised the significance of making a joint affiliation of
Turkic-speaking nations and knowledgeable about the principle objectives of the
future construction. The proposal put to vote on the FIDE Common
Meeting was adopted unanimously. Thus the Chess Affiliation of
Turkic-speaking nations was established. The primary members of the
affiliation grew to become Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan,
Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.
On the finish of the assembly, FIDE President Arkady Dvorkovich met
with the heads of chess federations of the member states of the
Chess Affiliation of Turkic-speaking International locations. The constitution of the
affiliation can be authorised shortly. The management of the
construction can be elected for 2 years and can be on a rotational
foundation. The principle aim is to develop ties between the Turkic-speaking
nations within the discipline of chess and the common realization of
joint tasks.
