
BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 16. Tehran hosted the
newest spherical of consular consultations between the Ministry of
International Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of
International Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran on April 15, 2025,
Development experiences.
The Azerbaijani delegation was led by Emil Safarov, Head of the
Consular Division at Azerbaijan’s International Ministry, whereas the
Iranian aspect was headed by Mojtaba Shasti Karimi, Director Basic
of Iran’s Ministry of International Affairs.
Members included representatives from the Azerbaijani
Embassy in Iran and the Consulate Basic in Tabriz, in addition to
officers from the international ministries, justice, inside affairs,
migration, and border companies of each nations.

consular cooperation, emphasizing the safety of residents’
rights, provision of consular and authorized help, and the necessity to
